Abandon Eliminator

 


Every call center benefits from keeping the number of abandoned calls to an absolute minimum. Infinity includes a new feature called Abandon Eliminator to help with this task.

With Abandon Eliminator, if a caller hangs up before speaking with an operator, Infinity uses the caller's Automatic Number Identification (ANI) to automatically place a call back to the caller to let them know that their call was important. When the Abandon Eliminator call is answered, a custom greeting can be played to the caller or the call can be routed directly to an operator. Infinity even checks to ensure that an operator is available before initiating the phone call.

During peak traffic times in the call center, the Abandon Eliminator feature can be used with the Infinity Enhanced Auto-Answer feature to enhance each caller's experience and give them more options. With Enhanced Auto-Answer and Abandon Eliminator, a custom greeting can be played to callers asking them to wait on the line or simply hang up with an assurance that the call center will place a call back to them as soon as an operator becomes available.
