Billing Compatability Report
Unified Reports includes an optional Billing Compatibility Report. This report bridges the gap between call center statistics and client billing. It allows a call center to justify the invoices sent to clients by providing the call detail to support the invoice.

Each call center can choose how to format their Billing Compatibility Report to meet their billing needs. The report allows the call center to add or delete fields to match billing. The report also allows the formulas used to create each field to be customized to match the formulas used in the billing program.

The Billing Compatibility Report is an optional module of the new Unified Reports package.
