eCreator Call Park

 


eCreator Software Version 2.1 and Infinity Software Version 5.2 include the ability for an operator to park a call to another operator and have the current eCreator script information follow the call. When an operator receives a parked eCreator call, they are presented with the same eCreator page that the original operator had on their screen. In addition, any information that the original operator entered into the script is retained.

eCreator Call Park works in conjunction with Infinity Call Park feature to initiate the park. This allows each call center to customize how the parking should work for each client. The park destination can be specified in the eCreator script or can be selected using the Infinity Call Park window. This allows call center managers to configure a script to send the parked call to the appropriate operator or to allow each operator select where to send the parked call. The key is that the eCreator script location and data will follow the call.
