The Infinity Conference Bridge feature provides call centers with powerful multi-party conference capabilities. Infinity takes advantage of AMTELCO's powerful XDS switching technology to offer this capability with premium voice quality. Conferences can be created with up to 20 participants and can be created with or without operator assistance.

With Infinity Software Version 5.2, conferences can now be recorded at the request of an operator or conference moderator. The recording may continue for the entire duration of the conference call, regardless of how long the call lasts. The recording is stored as a voice message in the associated Infinity account and can be sent to clients as a WAV file on demand or automatically using eVoiceLink.
