Many companies today are choosing to give presentations and training sessions over the Web rather than traveling. This is a trend that will continue to grow as more and more companies realize the power and cost reduction Web conferencing can offer.
AMTELCO now offers a powerful eConferenceLink application. eConferenceLink can be used to create presentations, which include Microsoft® Powerpoint® slides, moderator screen sharing, and moderator Web sharing. Each eConferenceLink can have a moderator and up to 20 attendees. The moderator and each attendee appear in one of the available conference seats. eConferenceLink allows moderators and attendees to communicate with each other by opening text chat sessions. Text can be sent to all attendees or to specific attendees by selecting them from the audience.

eConferenceLink Slide Share
The Slide Share allows a moderator to upload Microsoft® PowerPoint® slides using the conference set-up screen. Once the conference has been set up and the meeting has started, the eConferenceLink slide share displays the slides as the moderator steps through them. The current slide is presented to each attendee. By selecting the information tab, attendees can see the list of slides with an indication about which slide is currently being presented. This allows attendees to monitor the status of the presentation.

eConferenceLink - Screen Share
The eConferenceLink Share View allows the moderator to share the contents of their desktop with the conference. This allows the moderator to display live applications to the attendees. The moderator simply drags a border around the area of their screen they wish to be presented to the attendees. Anything within the border is displayed to all attendees. The moderator can also press a button to activate or deactivate the share at any time.

eConferenceLink - Web Share
eConferenceLink allows a moderator to share Web pages with the conference. This allows moderators to bring up a Web page and display it to the attendees. The Web page is an active Web page during the meeting. As the moderator clicks on links on the Web page, the attendees see the updates to the Web page in their Web share view. The Web share even allows attendees to click on links on the Web page to navigate the page themselves.
