Infinity Software Version 5.2 now allows you to enter important information to be displayed to an operator when they connect to a Cue or Repeat call. The important information is displayed in a pop-up alert window to ensure that the operator will read the information. The pop-up alert window applies to repeats set by operators, and cues created by an operator or by a supervisor in the System Schedule.
