High Resolution Windows® Telephone Agent

 


Most Windows® users now have their screen resolution set to 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768, which is higher than the 640 x 480 resolution Infinity originally was designed for. Higher screen resolutions allow more information to be displayed on the screen at one time.

Infinity can now take advantage of the higher screen resolutions with the new Infinity Software Version 5.2 High Resolution Windows Telephone Agent. Expanding the Windows Telephone Agent to high-resolution mode allows all of the current information to be displayed, plus some powerful new information and features including; Operator and Supervisor Chat, Real-Time Bulletin Board, Reader Board, Account in Use with more information, ANI Name, Scrolling Message Tickets and Scrolling Info Pages.
