Just Say It speech recognition from AMTELCO is an exciting technology which can simplify and speed up traditional call center applications such as Order Entry and Messaging. Speech recognition allows callers to place orders, check the status of orders, have their text messages read to them, locate a person and utilize follow-me, and much more, all without speaking with an operator.

Using speech recognition, callers can speak in their responses instead of pressing touch tones. Speech recognition can give callers access to information that they would traditionally need to speak to an operator to obtain. Speech recognition can accept simple commands such as numbers or sophisticated commands such as peoples names, catalog names, item names, credit card information, addresses, etc. This enhances the services a call center can offer to clients while minimizing operator labor.

AMTELCO offers speech recognition as an optional pay-for module which is sold on a per port basis as a component of the eCreator IVR module.
