Supervisor Monitors
The Infinity Software Version 5.2 Supervisor Activity Monitors have been enhanced to provide call center supervisors with access to more information about the operation of the call center.

Supervisors can now select an operator to view from the monitor and can select how they want to view the operator -

  • Supervisors can SEE an operator's entire screen
  • Supervisors can listen to an operator's headset
  • Supervisors can initiate a chat session with an operator

    Supervisors can select to have the Activity Monitor Gauges always on top. This allows the supervisor to view important system traffic information at all times.

    Supervisors can utilize a new EZ Waits Monitor to easily watch calls in waits and call on operator screen to see if anything should be changed in staffing or call routing. If a supervisor sees a call in waits and would like an operator to answer it immediately, they can drag it out of waits onto an operator screen.
