eCreator Software Version 2.1 includes a powerful new Physician Referral application. Physician Referral allows call centers to quickly locate a physician to meet any patient's needs.

Physician Referral allows the information gathered during the call to be customized to meet the client's needs. The information can include patient information as well as search criteria to locate a physician.

The search criteria that are entered into Physician Referral can be customized. It allows multiple fields to be used as search criteria to locate the most appropriate physician to meet the current patient's needs. Locate criteria can be customized and includes zip code, hospital/clinic affiliation, specialty, gender, etc.

When a physician is selected, Physician Referral tracks the selection and will adjust the rotation for future searches to make sure that all physicians receive equal referrals.

Physician Referral includes reports based on eCreator's Unified Reports package to allow reports to be generated regarding the results of the physician referrals.
