Report Creator
Unified Reports includes an optional Report Creator application that allows supervisors to create new custom reports or modify any of the predefined reports included with the Unified Reports package by AMTELCO.

Modifying the predefined reports allows supervisors to take existing reports and customize them to meet their specific needs. Data from multiple reports even can be combined into a single report.

The Unified Reports Report Creator allows supervisors to create new reports or modify existing reports using the built-in Report Creator Wizard or using Crystal Reports® 9.0 tools directly. The wizard steps the supervisor through the process of creating or modifying the report.
The Unified Reports Report Creator makes custom report creation something that every call center can accomplish.
