eCreator Scripted Messaging

eCreator's new Scripted Messaging application adds powerful and flexible messaging to eCreator Software Version 2.1. Both the flow of the information that is gathered, as well as the flow of the message, can be customized to meet the needs of each client. The message-taking process may include decision trees, database lookups, drop-down lists and much more.

eCreator Scripted Messaging allows the contents of the screen to be customized to meet the needs of each client. The Scripted Messaging screen is broken up into tiles. The tiles may include information such as the message script, information pages, specials, etc. The tiles are able to interact with each other. This allows the information that is displayed in each tile to be dynamically changed as the operator steps through the message taking process.

eCreator Scripted Messaging allows message scripts to be built using drag-and-drop design. Each message script can be completely customized by dragging the desired objects onto the script. The script may be one long, continuous series of data entry prompts or can be broken up into several screens of information.

Messages are automatically stored in the eCreator SQL Server 2000 database. Scriptwriters never have to work with the database as the Scripted Messaging engine performs all tasks automatically.
Operators are able to edit messages that have been taken. When a message is edited, it is presented to the operator in its original scripted form. This allows the operator to walk through the script and take different script branches if necessary.

Messages that have been taken can be automatically dispatched to the client immediately or scheduled for a later time. The dispatched messages can be sent through UltraComm to take advantage of the message delivery power of UltraComm. This allows the messages to be sent via IVR phone call, e-mail, fax, pager or wireless messaging (SNPP and SMS).
