The addition of the eCreator Supervisor application to the script building
process was a major advancement for eCreator Software Version 2.0. The
Supervisor provided a unified and centralized script and system management
tool.
eCreator Software Version 2.1 now offers another major advancement to
the script building process. The contents of the eCreator palette have
been moved from a location on each script builder's PC to the eCreator
system database. This centralizes the contents. Centralizing the contents
of palette allows more control over how the contents are used -
- System Objects - These are palettes, tabs and response elements
that all supervisors can use.
- Group Objects - These are palettes, tabs and response elements
that can be displayed to supervisors who belong to a specific group. This
can be used in call centers with different groups of clients with unique
scripting needs.
- Private Objects - These are palettes, tabs and response elements
that are displayed only to the supervisor who created them. This allows
each supervisor to customize their palette to meet their needs.
