Unified Reports

 


Infinity Software Version 5.2 and eCreator Software Version 2.1 include a new Unified Reports application. Unified Reports combines all report types into a single interface that can be accessed from the Infinity Supervisor and eCreator Supervisor applications. This includes Infinity MDR reports, Infinity Server reports, eCreator reports, IVR reports, UltraComm reports, Voice Logger reports and Capture Link reports.

Unified Reports utilizes Crystal Reports® 9.0 as the reporting engine. Crystal Reports is widely used in the call center industry and provides powerful reporting functionality.

Supervisors are able to run any of the predefined Infinity, eCreator, IVR, UltraComm, Voice Logger and Capture Link reports from any Supervisor position. This eliminates the need to go to a specific report PC to generate reports.

Data that is generated by each report can be exported to many file types. This includes delimited files, Access tables, Excel spreadsheets, e-mails, HTML documents, etc. This allows you to provide the information to your clients in the format your clients prefer.
