WAV File Import and Export
Infinity Software Version 5.2 includes a new application which supports the ability to import and export WAV files. This provides calls centers with a powerful tool to manage voice greetings.

Some customers may already have a voice greeting saved as a WAV file that they would like to use in Infinity. The WAV File Import tool allows you to take these existing WAV files and import them into Infinity as client greetings, client names, auto-answer greetings, status greetings, etc.

Voice greetings can now be professionally recorded in a studio and saved as a WAV file. The WAV files can then be imported into Infinity as a client greeting, client name, auto-answer greeting, status greeting, etc.

Infinity voice greetings can be exported using the WAV File Export tool. This allows you to take voice greetings from Infinity and export them to be used for other needs such as IVR scripts.
