The Infinity will allow you take voice mail messages, faxes, email, and other text messages and deliver them to a single location or to a number of locations. Your clients can go to a web site and update their status, check for voice mail messages, fax, email, and other text messages and have them delivered to any location. They can also call into their voice mail for status changes and updates. Finally all of their messages, both voice and data, could be sent to their email address for them to review whenever they are ready.

Customizable greetings will automatically change at different times of the day.

Status Change Greetings
Your clients can record multiple greetings associated to their status choices that automatically update when they change their status. (i.e.; When I update my status to "Traveling" my greeting will automatically change to, "Thank you for calling. I am out of my office. Please leave a message."

Automatic Message Notification
Infinity will notify your clients of messages by telephone, pager, or message waiting indicator.

Perfect Answer
Clients with difficult company names, last names, or high call volume can be recorded in the receptionist voice, so that every time someone calls into this account they will hear the recorded greeting in the receptionist voice. The receptionist is standing by after the prerecorded greeting to take a message or transfer the call.
