Infinity eCreator IVR

eCreator version 2.0 includes a built-in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) application, allowing you to add IVR functions to your suite of call center service offerings. The eCreator IVR application lets you build custom scripts for your clients which extend the power of eCreator scripting to the telephone.

With IVR, you are able to set up custom scripts which:

• Play prerecorded prompts and greetings
• Play prerecorded menus which callers can respond to
• Perform database lookup and save functions
• Utilize text to speech functions to read text based information to callers

The custom IVR scripts can be based on predefined IVR applications supplied by AMTELCO, or they can be built completely by your staff using the eCreator Supervisor and IVR Palette. To build IVR scripts, you simply drag and drop IVR Response Elements from the IVR Palette onto the IVR editor. The IVR editor presents the scripts in a flow chart to allow you to view the flow of the entire script.

The IVR scripts feature integrated text to speech capabilities. The IVR text to speech engine uses the most realistic sounding voice available on the market to provide crystal clear human voices for your scripts. To utilize the text text to speech in a script, you simply type in what you want the script to say and IVR takes care of the rest. You can also instruct IVR to perform a lookup in a database and read information from the database to the caller using text to speech.
