Amtelco's Library contains eCreator Scripts, eCreator IVR Scripts and Infinity Intelligent Series scripts. Amtelco has supplied scripts that users with a current service contract may access and download. Users may also upload scripts they wish to share with other users. Any proprietary information must be removed from the script prior to uploading.
The Library requires minimum application versions for these scripts. They are:
- Infinity Intelligent Series: Version 1.00
- eCreator Agent Scripts: Version 2.00
- eCreator IVR Scripts: Version 2.00
Please view the scripts in the Library to make sure that your scripts are unique to those in the Library.

Preparing eCreator Reporting Objects:
Pre-Created Reports are useful when downloading a script. You can include any reports you have created for a script with the script when you submit it to the library.
If you are using eCreator Reporting, open Microsoft Access and create a new database. Select file from the menu, the Get External Data and Import. In the browse window that comes up, select your main eCreator Reporting database, (eCr.mdb). Click on all the objects (queries, reports, tables and even forms or modules) that are used with the script. Be sure to delete any proprietary information after you have imported it and before including it for submission.
Add the new Access database file (.mdb) to the zip file created for the script above.
Preparing Unified Reporting Objects
1. Find the Unified Reporting file which represents the report you would like to upload to the Amtelco library.
2. Zip it using Winzip.
