This site is designed to address the needs of our customers who do not have an Amtelco Support Contract. Support Contracts are available for Amtelco systems and include technical support time. When you submit a
request for support, you agree to pay for the service provided.
Requests for support will generate an email message to Amtelco Field
Engineering. These requests are
placed in the general queue for callbacks.
Your request will be responded to as quickly as possible during normal
business hours. Requests for
support
placed at the end of the business day may receive a response the following
business day.
Technical
support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Central
Standard Time.
Amtelco
accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
All support
is billed in 1/2 hour increments. The
minimum support amount that is billed to non-contract customers is 1/2 hour.
Cost for
support is $100.00 per session.
Calls
exceeding 1/2 hour will be required to submit additional requests.
