We strive to be more than just a vendor. Our customers are our business partners, and we aim to provide the best customer service in the industry. The people in our Service department have an average tenure of 17 years with Amtelco! The relationships our customers and staff build over the years foster true business partnerships. The work our customers do is essential, and we’re proud to provide superior customer service so they can succeed.

Our first contact resolution (FCR) rate is 90%, which means that 90% of the time, any issue a customer is experiencing is resolved by our customer service department the very first time a customer reaches out to us. We don’t tier our support, nor do we treat our customers like numbers with support tickets. All customers receive the same quick, professional service.

Newly purchased systems include a one-year service agreement. Customers may choose to buy additional yearly contracts, pay for service as needed, or take advantage of our Contracted Services. We never force our customers into a multi-year support agreement.
