Operator Script Integration
Our personnel directory software integrates with our call center scripting to automatically bring directory information into message fields. Scripts can be programmed to pull that info and perform searches and dispatch.
Patient information directories are available to contact center operators and authorized hospital personnel. ADT information is available in real-time and is imported into the patient information directory from the EMR.
