Our first contact resolution (FCR) rate is 90%, which means that 90% of the time, any issue a customer is experiencing is resolved by our customer service department the very first time a customer reaches out to us. We don’t tier our support, nor do we treat our customers like numbers with support tickets. All customers receive the same quick, professional service.
Newly purchased systems include a one-year service agreement. Customers may choose to buy additional yearly contracts, pay for service as needed, or take advantage of our Contracted Services. We never force our customers into a multi-year support agreement.
