Amtelco is celebrating 50 years by connecting with others in the communications industry by attending several key conferences in 2026.
MCFARLAND, Wisconsin – February 10, 2026 — Amtelco, a leader in the call center industry, announced a 50th Anniversary Tour in recognition of its commitment to providing innovative communication tools and software to the communications industry.
This anniversary tour includes attendance at several key upcoming conferences, complete with special guests, giveaways, and the showcasing of Ellie™, Amtelco’s natively designed AI-powered intelligent virtual agent (IVA) solution that reduces operator workload by intelligently handling basic inquiries using large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP).
“We are excited about connecting with everyone at ViVE, HIMSS, and NEAO,” said Tom Curtin, Amtelco’s CEO & Chairman. “These three conferences represent Amtelco’s forward-looking approach to our next 50 years. So, we have some fun and exclusive festivities planned. We are delighted to be partnering with veteran IT leader Ed Marx at both the ViVE and HIMSS conferences.”
On February 22-25, 2026, Amtelco will attend ViVE at booth #1468, and Ed Marx will host a dinner during the event on Amtelco’s behalf. Ed will again join Amtelco on March 11, 2026, at HIMSS booth #1340 for a book signing. A customer appreciation party will be held during the NAEO (National Amtelco Equipment Owners) conference, March 22-25, 2026.
