Amtelco’s 19th Annual Leadership and Education Seminar

Registration is open for our 19th Annual Leadership and Education Seminar! Join us for this exclusive event for hospitals and healthcare organizations. The seminar will be held on September 9-11, 2025 at the Concourse Hotel in Madison, WI and features a cruise theme.

We are delighted to welcome keynote speaker Edward W. Marx! Ed realized his healthcare calling at the age of 16 and has an impressive amount of experience—from being a combat medic to working in the C-Suite of Cleveland Clinic, NYC Health & Hospitals, Texas Health Resources and University Hospitals, to being the CEO of a consulting firm named Divurgent.

Today, Ed is focused on his advisory practice, board work, public speaking, writing, and podcasting. He is married to Simran, who holds a Doctor of Nursing (DNP). They love to dance, climb mountains, and spend time with their five grown children and five grandchildren.

Attendees will have the unique opportunity to network with other healthcare communications professionals and speak directly with our own Implementation staff, Software Developers, Project Managers, and Field Engineers.

Both healthcare organizations and Amtelco staff will give presentations. Attendees can expect to listen to customer-driven panel discussions, attend product training, and learn about new product developments. Some topics include:

The cost to attend is $295 per attendee, which includes registration, most meals, and seminar materials. Attendees will receive an invoice at a later date. The hotel room costs $224 per night, which attendees can book directly with the hotel. Please note that the seminar ticket price does NOT include the hotel room price.
