Looking back on the past year, one common theme stands out: Amtelco’s unwavering dedication to innovation, to help our customers attain their goals. We are champions of the essential work that call centers and answering services provide.
The efforts made by agents of all types of call centers have a very real human impact – from everyday customer service to life-saving communication. We are proud of the enduring relationships we have with our customers and strive to provide them with cutting-edge software solutions that help make them successful. Together, we learn from one another, rely on each other, and benefit from one another.
In 2025, we introduced Ellie™, our AI-powered intelligent virtual agent natively designed to run on Amtelco’s Intelligent Series (IS) and Active Insights platforms. Ellie supports agents when call centers experience overwhelming call volumes due to limited staffing or peak-hour traffic. Ellie offers automation and intelligently processes existing scripts to reduce caller wait times.
Amtelco successfully completed the SOC2 Type 2 Security certification for our cloud and partner Amtelco Secure Messages solutions. New releases included Amtelco Secure Messages App v7.0, as well as Web Supervisor – an application designed to provide supervisors with access to configuration settings, scripting tools, and monitoring features of the IS v5.7 software from the convenience of a web browser.
For the sixth consecutive year, Amtelco was recognized as a top employer in the Madison, Wisconsin, area by being awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Wisconsin State Journal. Every employee contributes to our culture and has a genuine desire to develop exceptional software, solve each issue, and assist every customer.
We were delighted to welcome keynote speaker Edward W. Marx to our 2025 Healthcare Seminar and provide our customer attendees with the unique opportunity to network with other healthcare communications professionals and speak directly with our own Implementation staff, Software Developers, Project Managers, and Field Engineers.
Next year, we will be celebrating Amtelco’s 50th anniversary. The recognition of this incredible milestone spans a range of emotions, thoughts, and reflections – both personally and professionally. I feel a deep gratitude to my father and mother, who founded Amtelco, a profound appreciation for the dedication of current and former employees, and overwhelming thankfulness and respect for our customers. I hope you will join us as we celebrate our anniversary all year long.
As I look ahead to 2026 and the next five decades, I know the foundation of Amtelco’s progress rests with our family of employees and customers. Our customers serve their callers and communities, and our employees build the technology, make the strategic decisions, and drive innovation to help our customers achieve their goals. A company’s prosperity requires strong teamwork to ensure its ongoing success.
