Submit Your Suggestions

Amtelco customers can add ideas anytime through the Innovation Machine, accessible on the exclusive TechHelper online customer support resource. It features a simple, easy-to-use interface to help you provide detailed descriptions of your concepts and their associated benefits.

Review and Comment on Posts

Customers are encouraged to search and review suggestions already added by others, providing an opportunity to comment and show support for submissions. Each entry includes a status indicating whether an idea has been reviewed or is currently in development.

Vote on Ideas

Each month, customers can vote on submitted ideas from the previous month, helping shape Amtelco’s product roadmap. After the voting period ends, the results are displayed on the Innovation Machine so everyone can see the top ideas.
