MCFARLAND, Wisconsin – September 8, 2026 — Today, Amtelco announced the promotion of two veteran internal leaders within their respective departments: Jody LaLuzerne to Vice President of Customer Service and Andy Quamme to Vice President of Implementation.
These leadership transitions follow the recent retirement of Greg Beale, Amtelco’s former Vice President of Customer Operations, whose 45 years of dedicated service helped lay a strong foundation for the company’s ongoing service standard. Building on that momentum, Jody and Andy each bring decades of company experience, deep technical expertise, and a shared commitment to customer success.
In their new executive capacities, both leaders will directly oversee key customer-facing departments to ensure seamless service continuity and elevated support for Amtelco customers.
Jody LaLuzerne, Vice President of Customer Service
Previously serving as Director of Field Engineering, Jody leads the overall customer service strategy, ongoing technical support and quality assurance, and account satisfaction initiatives. Customers seeking assistance with support or service escalation should direct inquiries to Jody and his Customer Service and Quality Assurance teams.
Andy Quamme, Vice President of Implementation
Having previously served as Director of Project Management, Andy oversees all new software deployments, project onboarding, and integration workflows. Customers with new project rollouts, system upgrades, or technical onboarding will work with Andy and his team.
“Both Jody and Andy have been instrumental to Amtelco’s growth and operational success for years,” said Tom Curtin, Amtelco’s CEO & Chairman. “Having proven internal leaders step into these executive roles ensures that our customers continue receiving the five-star support and smooth project execution they rely on.”
