Amtelco’s TechHelper is a dedicated online customer support resource that provides articles, technical documentation, recorded webinars, checklists, reference guides, white papers, and much more. Users can also submit ideas for future feature enhancements, and view, rate, and comment on suggestions from others via the Innovation Machine, read about their support team and get their contact information, and stay informed about upcoming app and server releases.
We’re excited to announce that TechHelper just got a major enhancement thanks to Field Service Engineer, Alec Rasmussen! Alec has designed and built a new search function that uses AI to create a more robust way to help Amtelco customers find the answers they need. The new search can be found in the website header.
The AI search contains results for Amtelco’s latest software and newest features. Like any AI tool, it will continue to learn and expand its knowledge base over time with newly added documentation and user input. Please note that this new search tool does not include old documentation, but users can still use the existing search for those products. This secondary search is accessible in the website footer.
Bri Korando, Voice Services Manager for St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO uses TechHelper to find solutions to problems and generate ideas for features that her call center can use. “I do not have an IT background. I have degrees in clinical biology and psychology, but they have little to do with the telecom industry or being able to code or write scripts,” says Bri. “Thankfully, Amtelco provides a lot of resources. The TechHelper website is great, and I use it for everything. It’s saved as a favorite on every browser on my computer. I enjoy the screenshots and spend time reading the documentation. I especially like the Response Element Library – it’s a long PDF, but it’s magical.”
