Another successful Leadership and Training Seminar is in the books! Keynote Speaker Eliz Greene gave an excellent presentation, and attendees capitalized on the opportunity to speak directly to our software, training, and implementation staff. “Amtelco’s Seminar was a well formatted conference. I love the interaction with Amtelco staff, and the fact that they are in attendance and are so accommodating. There’s great customer interaction as well!”

We want to especially thank all of our customers who agreed to take part in panel discussions and give presentations. Special thanks to Kevin with Confluence Health and Kimberly with SSM Health, Denise and Scott from UF Health Shands Hospital, Jody and Jacqueline from State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University, and Andrea from Providence Health & Services for taking part in panel discussions. Kevin and Jennifer with Confluence Health gave an amazing presentation about their experience and results of going from a manual code call process to an automated one. Jeremy from Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center presented about the benefits of choosing a cloud-based console solution. “This is the second seminar I have attended, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I cannot say enough how much I love the company culture and the open, genuine interactions – I have never felt that I am ‘liked’ only because I am a customer. I enjoy the conference focus was to learn rather than to purchase.”
